Zoe qualified as a solicitor in 2001, joined Michelmores in 2007 and was made a Partner is 2009.
She practises in divorce and financial matters with a particular specialism for complex, difficult or 'big money' cases, particularly those that involve businesses and pensions. In addition to matters concerning married couples, Zoe also specialises in the financial rights of couples who are unmarried, including representing clients through complicated Trust of Land and Children Act proceedings. Geographically, her clients are based throughout the country and range from entrepreneurs and landed estate owners to fellow professionals.
Her fair, but robust approach combined with her considerable experience has gained her an excellent reputation in the marketplace and she is a firm favourite with clients looking to secure a 'good deal'.
In terms of professional qualifications Zoe is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution for both Ancillary Relief and Cohabitation. She is a panel member for the Law Society and a trained Collaborative Lawyer.
