Simon joined Michelmores in 1992 and became a Partner in 1998.

He has headed up the Family department since 2002 and advises on all family related matters with particular emphasis on the financial consequences of divorce.

His expertise also includes work for clients relating to pension sharing, family business issues, financial provision for children, pre-nuptial and cohabitation matters. He is an authority on the effect of a spouse’s conduct in divorce (see Law Reports H v H 2005 – details to be supplied).
