Rachel Cook - Associate Solicitor
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 1997, Rachel joined Michelmores in 2008 as an Associate.
Previously employed as a Local Authority Solicitor, Rachel has an excellent working knowledge of child protection law, foster care and care proceedings.
Rachel has a particular expertise in Adoption Law. She has been appointed as the Legal Advisor to a large Adoption Agency and is also a Commitee member of the National British Association Adoption and Fostering (BAAF) Legal Group Advisory Commitee.
Her caseload also includes fertility law, surrogacy, assisted reproduction for same sex couples as well as complex residence (often with an international element) and contact disputes.
